Lucky did a shopping feature with me. Here I am in a DVF dress outside Diavolina. I like to think I look like a cool, innovative, stylish teacher at an urban public school.

Ellie and I did a very awkward photo shoot for Paper Magazine's Hot Issue. I felt awkward because the median age of the "Hot" recipients seemed to be 14. Still, Ellie and I had a lot of fun. I'm wearing a neon pink Michael Kors wool dress I brought from home.

The amazing photographer Autumn DeWilde did the photos for my book cover. We had several looks and this was one of them. I love this yellow on purple. I may wear this outfit to an Easter party, if I ever get invited to one. (this is when I wish I was friends with Andy Bernard. He'd have like ten events I could go to with him where this outfit would work).

The talented and witty Emily Shur took this photo of me for the Bust Cover. I wanted to look cool, and not, like, busting out of a cocktail dress (which believe me, I love). I always like looking casual but put-together for photo shoots. I like that I look a little mischievous.

Entertainment Weekly cover with BJ Novak

The New York Times did a profile on me in September and asked for pictures from when I was a kid. My dad scanned in and emailed me two. The one that ran is a more straightforwardly "cute" picture, where I'm smiling and looking well-raised. I like this one better though because I look so, disconcerted. And a tiny bit like Theodore Roosevelt.
